Can a mod be fair and balanced if they dont believe in God

I have observed alot of the activities of the last month with this forum and it seems like a new mod has been put in charge. My question is do you think a mod can trully judge reality without the believe in God.
Without the understanding of how God works one cant see reality.....

THE MOD has jumped my ass over an issue that she knew she was
wrong about it ..

THE MOD will not go after Basehead and Patriot for activities that
get me banned

Wil ... Judge Wapner is fair and honest and would have been the
correct choice ... you chose someone that will not address issues
dealing with the RIGHT on this board and if you want to call me out,
so be it as the Board has seen this play out

You can say I am the problem and that is fine ... Thursday is a
prime example in that one of your mods asks Right Side why he
attacked me and Patriot starts a thread with the terminology
"Loons" and I simply state how the RS "loons" are grasping and
guess what? THE MOD jumps my ass for name calling

Those are the facts and you can say "I get a lot of complaints" about
Doc Mercer and you do: from the same folks that are George Bush lovers
and name call and attack everyone on this board who dont agree with the
Bush agenda
